Grilled chicken breast with different spices

B)- How to prepare:
  • Mix the chicken with two tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, dried herbs, salt and pepper in a large plate. and let it marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.  Then mix the remaining olive oil with the lemon juice.

B)– How to prepare
 To prepare barbecue sauce:
  •   In a bowl, put water, tomato juice, paprika, powdered garlic, powdered onions, soy sauce, starch, green onions and mustard.
  •  Mix the ingredients well until combined, and leave the sauce aside.
To prepare the onion mixture:
  • In a bowl, put onions, vinegar, and salt.
  • Mix the ingredients well until they are homogeneous, and leave the mixture aside.
  • In a new bowl, put a quarter of the barbecue sauce and half the onion mixture and mix.
  •   Place the chicken breasts in the previous mixture and season well.
  • Leave the chicken to soak for at least an hour.
  • In a non-stick frying pan, melt the butter, place the chicken breasts and leave them until browned on both sides.
  • Take the breasts out of the pan and set them aside.
  • Put the rest of the BBQ sauce and the onion mixture into the skillet.
  • Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes.
  • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, season with black pepper and nutmeg, and mix. And adjust the taste of salt as desired.
  • Leave the mixture on a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms and mix for a minute, then turn off the heat.
